Custom Built Transfer between Conveyors

Our Client was having a problem with the transfer of their product between the conveyors and machines. This was most evident concerning the Health and Safety of staff. But also loss of time due to the need to do manual transfers.

This problem was causing many issues within the business. However, it was a relatively cost-effective and simple problem to solve. By the use of a custom-built transfer.

This transfer was custom-built to the client’s specifications.

Firstly, all parts were cut using a fibre optic laser. Secondly, it was then assembled in-house before finally being delivered to the site.
